“FormReady”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the FormReady website. This policy applies to information processed through the website and when you contact us. 2. Images you select

FormReady's standard image tools are designed to process selected images locally in your browser. The website does not intentionally upload those images to a FormReady image-upload server as part of those standard processing flows. Your browser may keep temporary data in memory while a tool is operating, and downloaded results are saved by your browser according to your device settings.

Background removal and other features may retrieve code, model files, or assets from third-party hosts. When your browser connects to those hosts, they may receive technical information such as your IP address, requested resource, browser information, and connection time, and may process it under their own terms and privacy policies. We must verify the actual providers and behaviour before launch.

Do not use FormReady as a secure document vault. Close the page and clear browser downloads or temporary files if you are using a shared device.

3. Information we may receive

Depending on how you use the site and how it is configured, information may include:

• Technical and log information handled by the hosting provider, such as IP address, browser/device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events.
• Information you choose to send when contacting us, such as your email address, message, and any details you include.
• Usage and interaction information collected by analytics tools, if enabled.
• Advertising-related information and identifiers processed by advertising partners, if advertising is enabled.
• Cookie or similar technology choices saved to remember preferences or manage consent, if implemented.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.

4. How information may be used

We do not need the contents of your image to provide standard browser-based resizing or conversion, and we do not intentionally send those image contents to a FormReady image-upload server in those flows.

If and when it is enabled, Google and its technologies may process information such as page URLs, online identifiers, device/browser details, approximate location inferred from technical information, and interactions with the website. Analytics settings and the information collected depend on the implementation and configuration. We will provide any notices, consent choices, or opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law and Google's policies. We will not intentionally send image contents, signatures, or direct personal identifiers to analytics as event data.

6. Advertising

We plan to use Google AdSense or other disclosed advertising features to support the website. If and when advertising is enabled, advertising providers may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, browser/device identifiers, and information about visits or interactions to deliver, limit, personalise, measure, and protect advertising, subject to the provider's settings and applicable rules. Non-personalised advertising may still involve technical data and measurement.

Before enabling advertising, we will configure the site and any required consent-management or privacy controls for the regions we serve, and provide disclosures and choices required by applicable law and the relevant advertising provider. The exact providers, cookies, and controls must be confirmed against the live implementation.
