Features, supported formats, presets, limits, and availability may change. The website is provided for general convenience and is not an official application submission service.

Image specifications differ across authorities, applications, countries, and application periods. Any examples, presets, labels, or guidance on FormReady are general assistance and may be incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for checking the current official instructions and confirming that the final file meets them before submitting it.

Using FormReady does not guarantee acceptance of a photograph, signature, or application. FormReady is not affiliated with or endorsed by an application authority unless expressly stated.

4. Your files and rights

You are responsible for the images you select, your authority to use or modify them, and the legality of your use. Do not process or distribute images in a way that infringes another person's rights, violates privacy, or breaks applicable law. Keep your own copy of original files; do not rely on the website as storage or backup.

5. Processing results and limitations

Image quality, dimensions, file size, colour, transparency, and background-removal results depend on the input file, selected settings, browser, format, and processing method. A target file size may not be achievable without reducing dimensions or quality, and some formats have technical limitations. Automated background removal and other transformations may produce imperfect results. Review every downloaded file at full size before using it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use FormReady for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass reasonable security measures of the website or its providers, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• introduce malware or attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data;
• misrepresent FormReady as an official government or application-authority service; or
• use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

7. Privacy and third-party services

We do not warrant that outputs will satisfy a particular application, that every feature will work with every file or device, or that the website will be continuously available. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss arising from rejected applications, missed deadlines, lost files, or reliance on an output without checking it.
